It's almost too much of living up to the stereotye, I know. But anyway, like many finnish families, we have a holiday cabin - a "mökki" - near a lake. As most of those do, it has a private sauna, too. Sometimes I spend a weekend there alone, and have all the opportunity to use it as I wish.

The sauna often is the only place where you can take a shower, so it is usually used almost daily. Being naked in the sauna, enjoying the intense heat, often makes me hot in the other sense of the word, too... I often bring a bottle of cold water into the sauna cabin. Not only to take a sip from time to time, but also to splash myself with it. The contrast of the heat and the ice-cold water feels very exciting.

Luckily, the sauna has a little window, through which I am able to film what I am doing - taking my smartphone inside wouldn't be a good idea, I suppose. I hope you enjoy the result.
